JAMIE’S ITALIAN TSIM SHA TSUI features a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and postcard-worthy view of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Tamarind is spacious and vibrant venue with two main dining rooms (Sugar Room & Spice Room) that seats up to 150 guests. Tamarind (formerly known as Viceroy) satisfies all your senses, from offering a veritable feast for your taste buds to providing a spectacular sight from its outdoor terrace. The fabulous Pan-Asian restaurant is located in Wan Chai, and serves the best of Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

The Woods has worked with many luxury brands such as Lane Crawford, House of Madison, and Veuve Clicquot. 

Press events held at The Woods include brands such as Dior, Pedro Garcia, Jo Malone, Dior and more. Corporate events hosted at The Woods include JP Morgan, KPMG, HSBC, DBS and more.

Customizations of cocktails, glassware and décor are available and can be tailored to your company's branding or occasion. The Woods events team can also assist in event production.

The interior of The Woods compliments and expands upon the culinary experience of its cocktails. It evokes the warmth and sense of discovery of ‘the woods’ without taking on a literal interpretation. There are prime locations for photo backdrops, product displays and reception tables. The mood lighting can be easily adjusted to both bright or atmospheric.

Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Charity organisations can have concessionary pricing. We are currently having partnerships with MSF, Oxfam, World Vision, Chief Group, etc..
