Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.
