Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

The Bar area exudes a loungey atmosphere with its classic design and elegant drink list…..the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail, happy hour with colleagues or to ring in the weekend with friends! The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
