THE STAGE
Designed to hold up to 110 guests, the Stage is an impressive setting for showcases, media events, awards ceremonies, product launches, celebrations, social and business receptions.

THE GARDEN
Designed to hold up to 60 guests, the Garden derives its name from the vertical garden designed by Patrick Blanc and is a truly unique venue that is ideal for tastings, showcases and media round table events.

Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings. 
 
Table setup, classroom seating, or open space is supported in the entire venue. One-off or regular rental are welcomed. Please contact us now for inquiry or a site visit.

Artisan & Co is a 1,500 square feet venue with retail and classroom area which can hold up to 50. Induction cooker and sink is attached to each seat, especially suitable for holding training and workshops. Japanese tatami area and bar table area make the venue suitable to be a party room which can carry up to 50.

We are conveniently located beside the MTR station. For F&B, we can help to prepare external food and technical equipment.

Packages for party and event such as private parties, corporate meeting, training/ team building etc., can be tailor-made depends on individual requirements.

We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Charity organisations can have concessionary pricing. We are currently having partnerships with MSF, Oxfam, World Vision, Chief Group, etc..
