Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.

Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.

Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. The name “Xia Fei” comes from a nostalgic street on the French Concession in old-time Shanghai, which used to be the hub of high society. Xia Fei Society offers customers authentic Shanghainese cuisine in an elegant and comfortable environment.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.

Synergy Biz is a company, hoping to create a co-working space with its networking concept to aspire entrepreneurs or small or medium companies. It aims to provide a well-equipped business environment and business networking platform for them in their development.

XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.

The new 4000ft² rustic industrial chic gastrobar features a 31 feet long mixology glass and cast iron liquor library, long wooden communal tables, Funktion One sound system, and an outdoor terrace decorated with reclaimed ship wood.
