Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US.

Lively Belgian beer house FRITES brings a taste of Europe to Hong Kong. On entering the bistro, you will see an authentic Belgian-style bar, stocked with four genuine Belgian beers on tap and many more available by the bottle.

The menu offers traditional and unique Belgian fare, including mussels in Hoegaarden beer sauce, pork knuckle and Stella Artois battered fish and chips. IVY is neither a typical western cuisine nor fine dining restaurant. Instead, it brings the authentic taste of Southern France to Hong Kong where everyone can enjoy healthy and simple culinary experience. Extremely diverse and rich in a variety of ingredients, herb and spices, IVY pops ordinary food with distinctive flavor. Healthy yet mouth-watering gourmet meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, whole grains, and cheeses will surely satisfy diners’ palate. The interior design keeps everything simple and basic, avoid any redundant furnishing. Using primitive natural materials: wool, concrete, marble, copper and leather which keep everything in their original colour and texture.

Set in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant is paved with earth tone tiles splashed with a burnt orange wash, exuding a warm and refreshing and ambiance. Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices.
