Patrons of Jimmy’s can enjoy their all-time favourite dishes within comfortable, relaxed surroundings. The red sofas and dark green high stools, together with the open wine rack behind the bar, create the perfect place for winding down. The intimate dining room is furnished with dark-wooden furniture, where old pictures ofJimmy's Kitchen and Hong Kong, as well as daily life in old-time Britain, adorn the walls. The semi-private room at the back of the restaurant is separated by a foldable door and an individual entrance.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!
