The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

Spice 8 is a restaurant which offers authentic Indian & Thai cuisine prepared by experienced Indian and Thai Chefs. It meets Halal standards. 

Spice 8 is strategically located in Metropolis mall in Hung Hom. It connects to Hung Hom MTR station and Hotel Metropolis. It has a capacity to seat 130 pax and it provides flexibility to select Indian as well Thai dishes. It offers nice set up for cocktail and dinner buffet with good music playing in the background.Moreover, it offers very good access by road / train as well has very good parking space for tourist coaches.

Customizations of cocktails, glassware and décor are available and can be tailored to your company's branding or occasion. The Woods events team can also assist in event production.

The interior of The Woods compliments and expands upon the culinary experience of its cocktails. It evokes the warmth and sense of discovery of ‘the woods’ without taking on a literal interpretation. There are prime locations for photo backdrops, product displays and reception tables. The mood lighting can be easily adjusted to both bright or atmospheric.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. Located at the end of St. Francis Street, J’aime Bien Patisserie is a hidden gem in the charming Star Street neighborhood. Le Cordon Bleu-trained owner and patissier Wong Chi Wai offers an array of exquisite and palatable classic and contemporary desserts, with a one-of-a-kind pastry appreciation experience for like-minded aficionados. With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.
