Event space on 9/F can seat up to 150 guests. Flexible configurations suitable for different event types. There are 2 Meeting Rooms and a spacious Executive Lounge Area and versatile Event Space. 

Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Otto Restaurant offers top-quality steaks, fresh seafood, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, fine wines and classic cocktails. You'll find them all at Otto's, an oasis of great food and warm hospitality on Madison's West side.

We provide 800sqft multipurpose space, perfect for 80pax seminar, dance and drama rehearsal, photo and video shooting, workshops and classrooms, etc. Located near Kwun Tong MTR Station, we open for 24hr access.

• We will send you a PIN before event. Auto-on air conditioning and lighting. Please turn them off and clean up the venue after use.

Sheung Wan Activity Space is located in Sheung Wan, a centralised area in island. It is easily accessed by several minutes walk form Sheung Wan MTR Station (Exit C). Located in a commercial, opposite to Macau Ferry Terminal, its modern style decorations made it suitable for different types of seminars, tutorials, talks, etc. It can accommodate up to 50 people for your events. Moreover, the venue is flexible in setup in order to fit your event and party needs.

We have a 6-pax meeting room as well. Hourly rate starts from HK$200.
