Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Sauteéd and Frito are also customers’ favourite, including Slow-cooked Chorizo al Cava and Deep-fried Padrón Pepper. Bite-sized Chorizo bathing in Cava for 3 hours has an excellent balance between spiciness and sweetness, whereas Padrón Pepper originated from Northern Spain also balance the spiciness with a touch of sea salt.

Beef Tenderloin & Foie Gras serving with Prune Sauce and Grilled Pork Presa with Chimichurri would be the first picks for carnivores without any hesitation. The tenderness of Prune matches perfectly with the succulent texture of Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras; while Chimichurri functions the same as Prune Sauce, bringing the freshness of spices with au jus of Pork Presa.
