XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.

What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.
