Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.

At the lounge, mixologists will be shaking Asian themed cocktails and pouring your favourite Asian Craft Beer. Each sip and bite will give patrons an immersive experience into an environment that blends elements from both East and West perfectly.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. Evoking memories of traditional Parisian cafés, Plat du Jour Pacific Place serves authentic French bistro fare using quality products and classic cooking techniques. 

The restaurant is designed for a variety of customers and functions where guests can choose to have a 2 or 3 course meal in the main restaurant, a drink and a bite at the bar, or simply a relaxing afternoon coffee with a nibble at the indoor terrace.
