Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings.
