With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.

Dim Sum Bar is no ordinary dim sum restaurant. The casual yet modern ambiance offers a food paradise for dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine lovers alike. The extensive menu showcases over 30 traditional dim sum dishes divided into several categories: steamed and fried dishes, cheong fun or steamed rice rolls, congee, rice, noodles, dumplings and desserts. A variety of traditional wok-fried dishes are also available for guests to choose from.

Spasso, the Divino Group's Kowloon-side Italian eatery has reopened in Tsim Sha Tsui East. More than 6000ft² of ground floor harbour front space in the Empire Centre is the popular restaurant's new home.
