BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. MVM Space is located in Aberdeen. It is suitable for various event formats, but specialises in wine events. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. Designed in consultation with Debraequipment and more, here is a venue to impress your guests during your events and parties. The venue features four main areas: making it adaptable to events of all styles and sizes.

There is also equipment for optional usages like wine equipment (glasses, ice bucket/ice, spittons, bottle openers, trash bins) and kitchen and cooking facilities with glass washer, oven, fridge and microwave, etc.

He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.
