Restaurant set up with cozy chiling décor in tatami style that you’d be likely to find in any local Japanese town. Specializing in kushiyaki (aka-meat skewer) bites and quality sakes as well as whiskey and draught beer. With three types of seating to fit any mood; communal seating around the mini bar, three private alcoved booths and one VIP room, fit in any any kinds of hangout.

Our focus is to show diners a series of dishes that combine creativity and various Japanese cooking techniques. 【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.

We have a significant organic range that includes olive oil, beer, chocolate, and brandy, liqueurs...
The surface is around 1000 sq.ft.
