We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.
"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

The Podium, Cyberport, is a highly unique and tranquil outdoor space ideal for large corporate and private events. The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.
The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy.
