BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.

Lú Fēng offers an authentic Hong Kong style dining experience featuring all-day dim sum and signature wok-fried dishes in a nostalgic 60s & 70s setting. The two-storey restaurant situated at the Peak Tower, overlooking the stunning views of Victoria Harbour while offering gastronomies a roomy and cozy dining environment. From traditional Chinese dim sum and barbeque meat to premium seafood, Lú Fēng’s culinary team prepares every single dish with their sophisticated skill, making the dishes an impeccable presentation of old Hong Kong cuisine.

The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.
