We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Step outside in the Open Air in the centre of Causeway Bay, with a panoramic view of the city Sky line and the Victoria Park & Harbour View. The Rooftop Garden, situated 28 stories above street level offers panoramic views across famed Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park, offers you the best outdoor venue on the Hong Kong Island. Whether it is for private cocktails and celebrations, corporate welcome dinner, opening ceremony, forum dinner, training seminars, product launch, press conferences, meetings and wedding ceremonies, guest will enjoy the breathtaking vision of the bustling Hong Kong city at your feet in the comfort of your own space in the sky. You can hold your wedding ceremony outdoors in our upcoming Rooftop Garden. Encompasses over 4000ft², holds up to over 120 guests for a sit-down reception and 380 guests for a cocktail reception, offers you an alfresco option with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park.

With interiors by the celebrated designer Ilse Crawford, Duddell’s is a beautiful 2-floored space connected by a dramatic inner staircase. Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into the eclectic home of a seasoned art collector – one that also happens to have an in-house two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, a lush 2,200 square foot outdoor terrace and a sophisticated Salon in which to entertain. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

SALON AND BAR (Level 4)
The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. Here you can enjoy all day dim sum and Cantonese favourites till late evening, while surrounded by curated art exhibitions. This flexible and stunning space is perfect for any occasion.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
The Chamber on Level 3 and The Library on Level 4 are settings for small intimate events, art and cultural talks as well as informal business meetings.

Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.

At the lounge, mixologists will be shaking Asian themed cocktails and pouring your favourite Asian Craft Beer. Each sip and bite will give patrons an immersive experience into an environment that blends elements from both East and West perfectly.
