OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. Stylish loft is bright and spacious New York-style loft which is full of character. It is ideal for filming and photoshoots, press days, product launches, etc. Moreover, the large 2,500 sqft. of open space is complemented by a open professional kitchen. It has 30 windows which flood the loft with light and with very high ceilings.

The Fat Pig is a creative nose-to-tail pork concept where dishes are categorized by cooking method, are served as and when ready and are made for sharing encouraging you to try different cuts. Featuring both the traditional carvings like piglet belly and ribs as well as the more adventurous parts like ears, trotter and pig's tail...because we leave no parts behinds.
