The Executive Centre's Peak Boardroom is located at Two Exchange Square in Central. It is superbly decorated with a first class reception area and fully equipped with the latest presentation aids, audio-visual facilities, video-conferencing and internet. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

A wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails is also served, with our wine sommelier happy to recommend new ideas on what to try!

The Secret Gallery is an exclusive yet inviting private areas that opens in the prime locations between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. The well-decorated rooms provide the go-to place for guests to relax and enjoy after-work cocktails, host late night intimate gatherings or even private parties. 

Harbour & Windsor guarantee an impressive entrance with its marble staircase. Coupled with magnificent views of the stunning Victoria Harbour and Park, the charming expanse raises the bar for entertainment. A private closet can be used for bridal preparation or as a translation room.
