It has a capacity to seat 130 pax and it provides flexibility to select Indian as well Thai dishes. With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Open bar terrace with a view of the harbour, Al Porto menu introduces a selection of classic Italian dishes superbly matched with fine wines and cocktails.

The Podium, Cyberport, is a highly unique and tranquil outdoor space ideal for large corporate and private events. This 46,000 square foot venue can also be equipped with a stunning LED television screen and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 2000 guests. It also provides a panoramic view of the South China Sea and is within easy access to Grade A office buildings and the five star Meridian Hotel at Cyberport.
