G7 Private Dining is an elegant oasis in the Hong Kong dining scene. Tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street, G7 provides clients with the perfect intimate setting for group dinners, parties, special occasions, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our open kitchen and private room also provides you the choice of immersing yourself in the passion of the day's cooking or relaxing in privacy and enjoying Chef Eddy and the team's cooking talents.

Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.

Being an iconic landmark located at the heart of Kwun Tong, The Wave offers spacious event space for your company to host business meeting, seminar, training, product launch, exhibition and open day event. Our event space never ceases to amazed our clients with how customisable it is to cater with different needs and requirements. It is conveniently located within 5 mins walking distance from the MTR and surrounded with amenities and services.

BRICK LANE Gallery allows a gourmet kitchen to cross with an art gallery. Imagine the luxury of art appreciation, great cocktails and good food under the same roof. It is conveniently located in Hong Kong's commercial and entertainment hub Tsim Sha Tsui with a covered patio that allows you the joy of fresh air too.

The Beer House locates on the top floor at Langham Place. It offers a contemporary and casual environment with extensive selection of beers from all over the world. Friends and family can enjoy a comprehensive drink list, German fare, trendy music and live sports games at this beer paradise.

The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers. The beverage menu offers a comprehensive range of craft beers and classic German draught beers like Grimbergen Blonde, Erdinger Weissbier and Erdinger Dunkel. An expansive list of cocktails and mocktails are also available.

The Collab – Boutique Meeting rooms & Venue 

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed rooms with flexible layout plans that allow you to conduct meetings, seminars, trainings, corporate events or even private parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV and party equipment. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation, it takes only 1 minute walk to Jordan MTR Station.
