BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

For small to medium sized business meetings, Hong Kong Parkview offers three fully-serviced conference rooms catering for groups of 16 up to 28 persons, with new audio and visual conferencing technology, LCD projectors and WiFi access available inside each.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. Chef Wah ignites the central sushi counter with his masterful skills and innovative twist on traditional sushi and sashimi. Whether you chose Omakase or à la carte, your taste buds will be blown away by the fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation. House Special Rolls and Spicy Toro Tartar are not to be missed.

Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. 208 is located on Hong Kong’s art and antiquing Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan district, an area akin to New York’s Meatpacking District in its early days, now a blooming art and design scene.

Set in a striking two-storied venue, formerly a meat storage warehouse, 208 Duecento Otto combines a lively bar downstairs with a more intimate upstairs dining room, both with semi-outdoor seating, overlooking Hollywood Road.

At the buzzing Bar with its distinct New York City vibe, delicious aperitivi, cocktails and wines are paired with authentic Napoletana pizzas, antipasti and a tasty small plate selection of pasta, mains and dolci for casual dining at the Bar.
