Va Bene presents a light aesthetic that opens up the space and evokes true Italian style. It adapts a minimalist interior design style without extra decoration. A large 12 seats bar area near the entrance makes it the perfect place for cocktail party. A wide variety of carefully selected wines and classic Italian cocktails are served in Va Bene. Two private dining rooms with 10 - 20 seats provide an intimate space for small scale private dining with friends and families. With a premium sound system installed and the spacious set up of Va Bene, it can conveniently cater for different exclusive private parties and events.

Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, connected to Prompt Restaurant and next to Podium, the Poolside sets amidst the luxuriant backdrop of emerald greenery, overlooking the romantic sunset views and South China Sea. We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

The Gallery, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay.
