About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space.
