L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Since opening, we have received tremendous support from our old and new customers with praises about our decoration, food varieties and quality.

This impressive private venue in Hong Kong is a multipurpose event and private dining location designed as a three-story modern home. The one of a kind space is conveniently located near to Central Hong Kong and boasts luxurious decor and fittings. The full service kitchens, dining rooms, living areas and multipurpose spaces on the various levels can be used individually for more intimate events or in an open plan design for larger corporate, private and branded showcases. 

Two state of the art open kitchens, a wine tasting room and a garden terrace with an outdoor grill are some of the elements that make this venue a favorite with luxury brands and private individuals who use the space for dining, cocktail receptions, wine tastings, private screenings, cooking demonstrations, corporate functions and showcases. 

The dedicated hospitality team work with the most trusted local and international chefs, sommeliers, entertainers and event specialists and will be on hand to manage your every need for an intimate dining experience or large gathering for over 200 guests on all three floors.

After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Red Doors offers an inspirational space that evokes calm and creative thinking with highly personalised and attentive service.  Home made spiced tea and healthy treats are complimentary and if desired you are welcome to experience a complimentary 20 minute deep relaxation break mid afternoon to the sound of the largest gong collection in Asia. The floor of the studio features the only permanent indoor labyrinth for walking meditation as well.

The multi functionality of the studio allows for small group discussions in up to 3 break-out rooms, a communal refreshment area, sit down eating area as well as the studio itself. The founder is a professional facilitator and management consultant in the area of personal effectiveness and corporate wellness and takes every effort to ensure every need is met. She is available to lead workshops as well.

Red Doors Studio offer a 28x28 feet studio with a labyrinth painted on the floor for walking meditation and three 8x10 feet rooms. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.

Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.
