We offer venue rental service, suitable for pop-up events, photo/ film shooting, press conference, wine tasting. With the component of movable partition walls and furniture, they allow you to redesign the interior as you wanted, it could be classic and traditional or novel and contemporary. We also have HD TV screen, HD speaker, couches, fridge. We can hold up to 80 people, so you could alter the space to fit in the needs of your events. The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

The name “Xia Fei” comes from a nostalgic street on the French Concession in old-time Shanghai, which used to be the hub of high society. Xia Fei Society offers customers authentic Shanghainese cuisine in an elegant and comfortable environment.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.
