The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.
