  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  48 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.

NEW EXTERIOR DESIGN The new Mulsanne Speed is instantly recognisable, with a number of visible changes to the front and the rear of the car. The grilles, brightware, headlamp clusters and rear lamps have all been revised for a sleeker appearance. WIDER, REDESIGNED FACE The new radiator grille sits directly in front of the familiar Bentley matrix grille, its stainless steel vertical vanes spreading further across the front of the car than in earlier models. The lower grilles and the front bumper are also wider than on the previous incarnation of the Mulsanne, making the car appear closer to the road. NEW HEADLAMP TECHNOLOGY The daylight-running LED secondary headlamps are a few millimetres higher than they were on the previous Mulsanne, their rims now aligning with those of the main lamps. The technology has been updated, too. The washers are now in the centre of the secondary lamps, concealed behind bright chrome discs until deployed. The lights themselves operate intelligently, with different light modes for towns and cities, country lanes, motorways and driving situations in which the traditional main beam is preferred.     The multi functionality of the studio allows for small group discussions in up to 3 break-out rooms, a communal refreshment area, sit down eating area as well as the studio itself. The founder is a professional facilitator and management consultant in the area of personal effectiveness and corporate wellness and takes every effort to ensure every need is met. She is available to lead workshops as well.

    Red Doors Studio offer a 28x28 feet studio with a labyrinth painted on the floor for walking meditation and three 8x10 feet rooms. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.

    Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.
