The Continental GT3-R develops 580 PS (572 bhp / 426 kW) and 700 Nm of torque, together with a 100 kg weight reduction and shorter gearing, making it the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever. The Mitsubishi Rosa is a roomy, comfortable mid sized bus with seating for 28 passengers. Notes: Price include car and English speaking driver for sedans and minivans. Prices are inclusive of taxes, fuel, tolls and parking charges. Free waiting time for hotel pickup is 15 minutes, for airport pickup is 60 minutes after aircraft landing. Extra hour rate will be applied for any extra waiting time. A surcharge may apply for travelling to N.T.area (include Tsuen Wan, Sai Kung). A surcharge may apply for service between 23:00 to 07:00. Other cars and 45 to 58 seat buses are also available upon request.

Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.
Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions.
In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
