The Continental GT3-R marks an exciting new chapter in the Continental story. It is, by far, the most dynamic road car Bentley has ever created – a car inspired by our victorious racing heritage. Capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.6 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.8 secs), the Continental GT3-R is a Grand Tourer with the performance of a racer. The Continental GT3-R develops 580 PS (572 bhp / 426 kW) and 700 Nm of torque, together with a 100 kg weight reduction and shorter gearing, making it the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever. OVERVIEW The new, more agile Flying Spur V8 S has luxury and performance at its heart. It brings an enhanced sporting edge to the already dynamically agile Flying Spur range. BUILT TO PERFORM We focused on three key areas when we created the sporting Flying Spur V8 S: the look, the engine and the drivability. We concentrated on refining the car’s look to give it a more aggressive edge. We spent time working on fine-tuning the formidable 4.0 litre V8 S twin-turbocharged engine to produce an improved torque level of 680 Nm for improved acceleration, even at low revs. It propels the car to a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) effortlessly. We’ve also specially calibrated the suspension for increased responsiveness. And, of course, this exhilarating performance is matched by equally innovative, state-of-the-art fuel efficiencies. These enhancements also combine with one of the world’s finest all-wheel drive systems to deliver excellent traction and control. Together, these features make the Flying Spur V8 S a supremely rewarding drive. You’ll notice how these details make all the difference from the moment you sit behind the wheel and start up the engine. Then, when you start to drive, it becomes even more abundantly clear. The luxurious diamond-quilted seats now feature smaller quilting for a more contemporary design look. The uncompromising luxury feel can be further enhanced with a tactile knurled gear lever and drilled alloy pedals that add to the pleasure of an effortless driving experience.
