Capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.6 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.8 secs), the Continental GT3-R is a Grand Tourer with the performance of a racer. The Continental GT3-R develops 580 PS (572 bhp / 426 kW) and 700 Nm of torque, together with a 100 kg weight reduction and shorter gearing, making it the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever. The Verandah is a celebrated restaurant that brings you fine continental fare in a classic setting, offering a faultless combination of heavenly cuisine, fine wines and discreet, attentive service in true Peninsula style. Comfortably accommodating 208 guests, it is the perfect venue for cocktail receptions, gala banquets and theme parties For outdoor functions, The Front Lawn, overlooking the South China Sea, offers an opulent ambience for wedding ceremonies, cocktails and product launches.
The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.
Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks.
