The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. Pho Yummee offers Vietnamese street cooking in a casual yet contemporary atmosphere. Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm.
We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.
Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
Club Primo opens its doors in August 2015 in the midst of the most hippest area in Hong Kong, Lan Kwai Fong. An elegant lounge and games bar is positioned perfectly for lounging and just for a fun night out.
