Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. All these elements combined to recreate a unique and cozy atmosphere that goes hand in hand for the enjoyment one of the world’s finest cuisines. The extensive variety of delicacies, perfect with the Spanish wines, sangria or chilled beers. Live guitar music throughout the evening gracefully exhilarates a relaxing and enjoyable mood.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. The Bar also specializes in an array of vodkas that are uncommon in town like Zubrowka Bison, Chopin and Beluga, an impressive list of Absinthe including La Fee Bohemian and Pastis Henry Bardouin, and signature cocktails namely Green Goblin (Stolichnaya Vodka, Absinthe, Melon Liqueur, Lemon, Rosemary, Ginger Ale, $92), Rusky Splash (Russian Standard Vodka, Aperol, Grapefruit Juice, Soda) and Wild Lush (Stolichnaya Vodka, Lime, Triple Sec, Passion Fruit Purée, Wildberry), which are perfect for those who wish to unwind with friends and try something new in town.

Our food has strong links back to Britain whether directly by offering a traditional British dish or indirectly by taking British ingredients to create a more modern flavour suited to Asian tastes. The menu is regularly updated with new offerings. The drinks are also, in the main, uniquely British with offerings of Craft Beers, some interesting British wines within its wine list and British distilled Spirits allowing for some very interesting modern British cocktails.
