CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.     

At just over 12,000 sq.ft, the open-air rooftop is a spacious escape from the city – whether as a getaway venue for a group of friends who want to party in style, or even for those who desire a perfectly quiet corner to relax in comfort.

A ‘Crown Jewel’ on Hong Kong’s Southside, Cabana is a venue bathed in sunlight, and cooled by a gentle breeze from the sea. The newest Frites restaurant – located in Wan Chai – brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area. Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. There are many fine eating destinations that match wine with haute cuisine dotted around the city, but sticking to the time-honored traditions in Belgium, where folks come into a warm and welcoming environment for a great plate of food and their favourite glass of beer, Frites offers a well-rounded selection of delights.

Star Seafood Floating Restaurant is located in Shatin and is the only Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong which is built with granite taking on the shape of a berthing ship. The restaurant has two floors, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 120 wedding banquets. Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes with exotic and stunning views of Shing Mun River.

Decked out in white and metallic blue with sleek corners protruding from the bar, Tonic atop Langham Place combines a classy, contemporary environment with world class mixology. Drinks on offer include hand crafted cocktails like Spanish Sunset and Suzdal as well as an impressive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and sherries. A sumptuous snack menu is also available to compliment the wide variety of drinks!

TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.
