COOP STUDIO is a huge loft-style multi-purpose space for wide range of events. It is perfect for video shootings, exhibitions, private parties, product launches and training.

3,500 sqft versatile space can be transformed to a Product Showroom or Party Venue.  Including a 300sqft balcony, 11 Ft ceilings, direct elevator access, fridge and useful technical equipment.

{sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols. 

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!

Spice 8 is a restaurant which offers authentic Indian & Thai cuisine prepared by experienced Indian and Thai Chefs. It meets Halal standards. 

Spice 8 is strategically located in Metropolis mall in Hung Hom. It connects to Hung Hom MTR station and Hotel Metropolis. It has a capacity to seat 130 pax and it provides flexibility to select Indian as well Thai dishes. It offers nice set up for cocktail and dinner buffet with good music playing in the background.Moreover, it offers very good access by road / train as well has very good parking space for tourist coaches.
