Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Quaver House is a great party place with super convenient location. It located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just few minutes walk from the MTR Station. We have several different kind of games available, which including Beer Pong, Stack Cup, Card games, Karaoke, Live sports on TV etc... About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication.
