The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.

Part of the made over Discovery Bay Plaza, Zak's is the largest restaurant of Lantau's most exciting oceanfront culinary hub. Complete with a 5000ft² spacious outdoor terrace and a smart alfresco atmosphere, diners can enjoy world-class culinary delights of eastern and western cultural influences mixed together with a cool resort-like vibe. Sitting on the edge of the beach, Zak's boasts 2 levels with 3 separate defined areas on the lower deck and an upstairs lounge all offering beautiful sea views. The fresh sea breeze and a menu featuring everything from delicious Asian flavors to even fresher seafood make for a winning combination.

Only a short ferry ride away, a superb spot for people-watching complimented by a drink list packed with tropical cocktails, Zak's is the ultimate seaside-dining destination. Being family-friendly, the added treat of Disneyland fireworks & free redemption of a return ferry ticket, Zak's aims to please! Perfect for corporate and private parties, product launches and staff parties. Zaks can also do private home or office catering and even arrange private beach party events on application. Located at Brim 28 – Causeway Center (Wanchai), the brand-new landmark for tasteful alfresco dining, it offers wonderful outdoor seating in the heart of our restless city; an oasis only five minutes walk from the shores of Victoria Harbour. Red brick walls, vintage blackboards, old slicers, warm interiors with rustic shades… This is DiVino Patio – Ristorante Bar Pizzeria : “Where the time runs slowly". A place to discover the tradition of old Italian grocery stores from the 50's.

G7 Private Dining is an elegant oasis in the Hong Kong dining scene. Tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street, G7 provides clients with the perfect intimate setting for group dinners, parties, special occasions, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our open kitchen and private room also provides you the choice of immersing yourself in the passion of the day's cooking or relaxing in privacy and enjoying Chef Eddy and the team's cooking talents.

Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

That’s THE POINT

LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.
