Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.
