FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
