Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Tarzan has an impressively large open deck that can fit 55 people in one area. She is an ideal venue for a private dinner, lunch or cocktail party. She and Jungle Jane are the only boats available in HK to host a seated high end dinner or lunch for weddings, corporate and special private events.
