Ciao Chow is a new dining concept that houses Italian cafeteria, coffee bar and full bar under one roof, bringing premium Italian farm-to-table artisan food, specific-blend Italian espresso and craft beer and wine from Italy and around the globe to Hong Kong.

ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.

LATE OPENING HOURS - With its long operation hours – the restaurant is open until 2am on Sundays and weekdays, and until 4am on Friday and Saturday, Ciao Chow is the not-to-be-missed destination for late night diners looking for quality dining.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.

The Gallery, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. MVM Space is located in Aberdeen. It is suitable for various event formats, but specialises in wine events. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. Designed in consultation with Debraequipment and more, here is a venue to impress your guests during your events and parties. The venue features four main areas: making it adaptable to events of all styles and sizes.

There is also equipment for optional usages like wine equipment (glasses, ice bucket/ice, spittons, bottle openers, trash bins) and kitchen and cooking facilities with glass washer, oven, fridge and microwave, etc.
