The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. Daimon Family Cafe presents a family menu for the most scrumptious get-together! Apart from its signature ramen selection, the Whampoa-exclusive menu includes self-service salad & beverage bars, kids’ meals and more. In addition to Japanese fare, Daimon Family Cafe introduces western snacks and Korean delights, bringing some of the foodies’ favourite to the menu.

MVM Space is located in Aberdeen. It is suitable for various event formats, but specialises in wine events. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. The venue features four main areas: making it adaptable to events of all styles and sizes.
