The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. The semi-private room at the back of the restaurant is separated by a foldable door and an individual entrance.
