Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Another “destination” Classified location, Stanley offers both relaxation and the ambiance of a small village by the water. This being our largest Classified, it’s a very popular spot for kids and family parties (e.g. Kids’ birthday party) and offers a full day out being near Murray House and Tin Hau Temple.

The entire venue can accommodate 70 people sit down and 100 people stand up. A semi-private area within the restaurant can be provided for intimate events, accommodating 20 – 30 people.

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme.
