Apart from the design and comfort oriented Studios/Suites for your business trips, our 700 sq ft loft style multi-functional space, SPACE@JPLUSHK offers an unconventional venue for company trainings/meeting, product launches, art exhibitions, lighthearted gathering where we provide customized add-ons and services tailored to your special occasions.

SPACE consists of two separate areas:

• Meeting area - equipped with a long marble conference table and a secretarial desk
• Dining area (with fully equipped kitchen) - ideal for dining, coffee breaks or displays 

Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Otto Lounge has also grown from strength to strength by hosting private corporate events, after wedding parties, live gigs, clubbing events and other private gatherings. There’s always something happening at Otto Lounge! The inside area and outdoor balcony (suitable for smoking) can accommodate up to 80 standing guests.

It's the ideal space for birthdays, after wedding parties, work functions, Christmas parties, album launches and more.
