Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.

The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Its European style décor with warm and cosy lighting made it suitable for fine dining, wine tasting, networking cocktail, corporate events, seminars, private parties, etc.. 

Asian Fusion cuisine menu and western style menu available for selection. The venue can accommodate 20 people for fine dining and 30 people for non-dining events, with a 300 sqft. Moroccan style décor VIP cigar and whisky lounge with TV suitable for 8-12 people private secluded parties. Also, wine pairing canapé is available for wine tasting. Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space.
