Le Cordon Bleu-trained owner and patissier Wong Chi Wai offers an array of exquisite and palatable classic and contemporary desserts, with a one-of-a-kind pastry appreciation experience for like-minded aficionados. With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.

iCaramba! serves tasty Mexican food and drink in a lively casual setting, with classics such as burritos, nachos, enchiladas, fajitas, chimichangas and quesadillas. Not to be outdone by the kitchen, the bar serves a vast selection of signature Margaritas, including our exotic frozen fruit Margaritas.

In Discovery Bay, you can tuck into classic Mexican dishes and enjoy ample outdoor “alfresco” seating with friends and family with views of the Discovery Bay beach and harbor. It is also great for children as we have an exciting children’s menu.

This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. Set behind a modish red sliding door with crystal decorations adorning the interior, Nooch Bar is perfect for private events, including corporate events, theme parties, children's parties, birthday celebrations and much more. The venue comprises of two semi-private chambers for special small-group activities. Additional snacks & drinks menu is also available.
