We provide 800sqft multipurpose space, perfect for 80pax seminar, dance and drama rehearsal, photo and video shooting, workshops and classrooms, etc. Located near Kwun Tong MTR Station, we open for 24hr access.

Royal View Hotel is situated at the waterfront between Lido and Ting Kau beach, overlooking Tsing Ma and Ting Kau Bridge and the South China Sea beyond. Being located at Tsuen Wan, hotel provides shuttle service, carrying guests to and from Tsuen Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui and is convenient to different shopping and sightseeing districts. Hotel is very near to the Airport and HK Disneyland, also it is easily accessible to Ngong Ping 360 and the Central.

Situated on a landscape garden, surrounded by lush bushes, the outdoor swimming pool is the perfect place to relax.

The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.
