Japanese tatami area and bar table area make the venue suitable to be a party room which can carry up to 50.

We are conveniently located beside the MTR station. For F&B, we can help to prepare external food and technical equipment.

Packages for party and event such as private parties, corporate meeting, training/ team building etc., can be tailor-made depends on individual requirements.

Ivan The Kozak specialize in Eastern European food. This family-run restaurant serves authentic Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, complemented by an extensive selection of rare vodkas and wines imported directly from Eastern Europe. Good for business lunches, family dinners and private events.

The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.
