The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods.
