【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.

On the left hand side of the entrance is an open-air seating area with several sets of high tables and black leather stools separated by large glass doors which create an intimate place for conversation and people-watching. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience. Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.
