Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. Tsui Hang Village (Causeway Bay) is a modern interpretation of grand Guangdong mansion. The interior takes on a light beige color tone filled with wooden ornaments to exude a refined Chinese elegance. The contemporary gilded wood screens and vintage shelves ooze arrays of subtle grace and coziness. The spacious banquet hall provides a felicitous setting for corporate events and wedding banquets. For boutique events, private rooms are available.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. Accessible both by vehicle and helicopter with 60 Amperes of power and fresh water, the venue is a location for a regular TV series and is ideal for photo shoots, television commercials, brand promotions and private events.
