Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.
