Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

Live music, fine dining, a waterfront promenade and views of the Hong Kong skyline completes the experience that is Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (TST East). Located harborside in Tsim Sha Tsui East, we deliver the ultimate combination of our signature cuisine with surroundings to match. Pho Yummee offers Vietnamese street cooking in a casual yet contemporary atmosphere. It has an exceptional warm, relaxed and convivial ambiance perfect for a quick respite after an all day shopping at The Peak. Sink into those comfy mustard-colored sofas and white-washed seats complemented with round top dining brown tables. An open kitchen sits on one side which is magnificently designed with leaf-shaped drawings overlapping each other and 3D curvatures relief wood carvings.

The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes. Each dish is created in response to pure ingredients presented beautiful. Service is from lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, to late night drinks and snacks. The perfect space to unwind in the city.

The name “Xia Fei” comes from a nostalgic street on the French Concession in old-time Shanghai, which used to be the hub of high society. Xia Fei Society offers customers authentic Shanghainese cuisine in an elegant and comfortable environment.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.
