BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Located at the end of St. Francis Street, J’aime Bien Patisserie is a hidden gem in the charming Star Street neighborhood. Le Cordon Bleu-trained owner and patissier Wong Chi Wai offers an array of exquisite and palatable classic and contemporary desserts, with a one-of-a-kind pastry appreciation experience for like-minded aficionados. With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication.
