Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!
