Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather & Bone brings the same top-quality, 100% grass-fed meat sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US. 

Filled with an array of goods on the shelves of the store with an elongated wooden platform to provide the best venue for private parties, product launched and wine tasting.

{sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. It is a centrally located in Wan Chai, ground-floor cosy environment with catering options and all the basic amenities such as toilet and wifi. The interior of this versatile space is equally simple and elegant, numerous events and filming sessions have been held here. Aberdeen Street has a relaxed atmosphere, loungy decoration, great music, and free wifi. Indoor and outdoor walls can be written on with chalk allowing the place to be decorated as fits the occasion. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.
