Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

iCaramba! serves tasty Mexican food and drink in a lively casual setting, with classics such as burritos, nachos, enchiladas, fajitas, chimichangas and quesadillas. Not to be outdone by the kitchen, the bar serves a vast selection of signature Margaritas, including our exotic frozen fruit Margaritas.

In Discovery Bay, you can tuck into classic Mexican dishes and enjoy ample outdoor “alfresco” seating with friends and family with views of the Discovery Bay beach and harbor. It is also great for children as we have an exciting children’s menu.

Artisan & Co is a 1,500 square feet venue with retail and classroom area which can hold up to 50. Induction cooker and sink is attached to each seat, especially suitable for holding training and workshops. Japanese tatami area and bar table area make the venue suitable to be a party room which can carry up to 50.

We are conveniently located beside the MTR station. For F&B, we can help to prepare external food and technical equipment.

Packages for party and event such as private parties, corporate meeting, training/ team building etc., can be tailor-made depends on individual requirements.
