Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
