Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings. 
 
Table setup, classroom seating, or open space is supported in the entire venue. One-off or regular rental are welcomed. Please contact us now for inquiry or a site visit.
