The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

iCaramba! serves tasty Mexican food and drink in a lively casual setting, with classics such as burritos, nachos, enchiladas, fajitas, chimichangas and quesadillas. Not to be outdone by the kitchen, the bar serves a vast selection of signature Margaritas, including our exotic frozen fruit Margaritas.

In Discovery Bay, you can tuck into classic Mexican dishes and enjoy ample outdoor “alfresco” seating with friends and family with views of the Discovery Bay beach and harbor. It is also great for children as we have an exciting children’s menu.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.
