The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The large seat venue is in a popular harbour side strip in Tsim Sha Tsui that offers a fantastic harbour backdrop.

Although for many we are party and pub central - don’t overlook the food. The menu offers something for everyone, including an all-day breakfast. The Singapore Noodles is great any time of the day or night, the chili con carne has just the right kick. Other favourites include burgers with giant fries, and the ever popular ribs.

Erba Bettolino, occupying 1,000 sqft., is fully renovated in loft style, there are 2 zoning【EARTH】and【AQUA】respectively.

【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.
