The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. The professional culinary team led by Chef Chan is ready to present an authentic Sichuan feast that combines ingenious cooking and premium ingredients for you.

Specializing in agave spirits including Mezcal as its namesake along with Tequila and Sotol. Many of the premium spirits on offer are unique to Mezcalito as they have been imported from Los Angeles and Mexico City. Other notable mentions include an array of hand crafted signature cocktails prepared by the talented bar staff alongside several bottled beers, and wines both by the glass or bottle.

Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered). {sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. It is a centrally located in Wan Chai, ground-floor cosy environment with catering options and all the basic amenities such as toilet and wifi.
