Erba Bettolino, occupying 1,000 sqft., is fully renovated in loft style, there are 2 zoning【EARTH】and【AQUA】respectively.

【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.

Assaggio Trattoria Italiana is an oasis of country elegance and rustic charm. Situated at Hong Kong Arts Centre in Wan Chai, it is the place where art and vibrancy meet. The alfresco patio offers a spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour. The award-winning interior is adorned by antique furniture and art pieces, offering an atmosphere of bucolic enchantment. Assaggio has three unique wedding themes for couples tying the knot in style. Each motif comes with specially-designed e-invitation card, unity sand ceremony and homemade Italian cookies for guests. The three distinctive motifs are:

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.

Feast (Food by EAST) is our big, bustling café on the 1st floor. Brimming with authentic Asian specialties and international favourites, our philosophy is 'simple things, done well'. Guests can expect to enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Feast.
