The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. We can also take a panorama for guests with our Theta M15 Camera. Guests can even fill the form with comments and feedback on add-ons and get a coupon if their feedback is taken!

Guests may take their own food and drinks. We have electric griddle. electric fryer, microwave oven and electric cooker for usage. We can arrange outside catering for guests as well.
