Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

We believe every beer has a story, connecting brewer to drinker. So we handcraft ours with dedication, using only the best ingredients, to bring you the purest & tastiest all-grain beer in HK.

The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 venue options in Tsimshatsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.
