Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre.
