Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

YUM CHA adopts a playful twist on Chinese cuisine, while maintaining traditional Chinese flavors. Dining at YUM CHA is made memorable with a number of “camera eats first” moments that are meant to arouse both your visual interest and your appetite. YUM CHA emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal, and quality ingredients. YUM CHA proudly serves food with no added MSG.

The décor at YUM CHA is reminiscent of a number of nostalgic Chinese dining traditions. A variety of decorative items such as traditional Chinese serving utensils and birdcages appear as a reference to the old teahouses of the past.

Located next to Midlevel Escalator in SoHo, this upstairs members' club is an exquisite lounge serving premium cocktails and drinks, with one of the hip event in the area.
