The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Its European style décor with warm and cosy lighting made it suitable for fine dining, wine tasting, networking cocktail, corporate events, seminars, private parties, etc.. 

Asian Fusion cuisine menu and western style menu available for selection. The venue can accommodate 20 people for fine dining and 30 people for non-dining events, with a 300 sqft. Moroccan style décor VIP cigar and whisky lounge with TV suitable for 8-12 people private secluded parties. Also, wine pairing canapé is available for wine tasting.
