{sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. JAMIE’S ITALIAN TSIM SHA TSUI features a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and postcard-worthy view of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui’s retail hub, the stylish & pillar-free restaurant can welcome up to 164 guests for dinner or 200 for a standing cocktail setting. The private outdoor terrace offers seating for an additional 70 guests.

AnOther Place by David Myers is the Gypsy Chef™’s answer to the urbanites’ want for a home away from home. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

There is a short stairway going to the first floor right at the entrance of our Building, avoiding the sometimes long awaited elevator in the lift lobby

 - There are at least 4 restaurants of different types at the same side of the same floor for catering and special dinner arrangement within very short distance and great convenience.  

- Very close to a big residential estate and densely populated residential areas in just a few minute walk. 

- Possible to be used as filming studio and related production as facilitated with pantry, private toilet and one meeting room.
