From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

Lú Fēng offers an authentic Hong Kong style dining experience featuring all-day dim sum and signature wok-fried dishes in a nostalgic 60s & 70s setting. The two-storey restaurant situated at the Peak Tower, overlooking the stunning views of Victoria Harbour while offering gastronomies a roomy and cozy dining environment. From traditional Chinese dim sum and barbeque meat to premium seafood, Lú Fēng’s culinary team prepares every single dish with their sophisticated skill, making the dishes an impeccable presentation of old Hong Kong cuisine.

Café Renaissance is an ideal place for all-day-dining. No matter whether it is breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, weekend brunch or à la carte menu, you can taste an array of international favorites and local specialties meticulously prepared by our chefs. Perfect for celebration events.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.
