Dim Sum Bar is no ordinary dim sum restaurant. The casual yet modern ambiance offers a food paradise for dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine lovers alike. The extensive menu showcases over 30 traditional dim sum dishes divided into several categories: steamed and fried dishes, cheong fun or steamed rice rolls, congee, rice, noodles, dumplings and desserts. A variety of traditional wok-fried dishes are also available for guests to choose from.

The Fat Pig is a creative nose-to-tail pork concept where dishes are categorized by cooking method, are served as and when ready and are made for sharing encouraging you to try different cuts. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.
