Being the latest addition to the Beerliner chain, this new branch in Kwai Fong's hip mall Metroplaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways. Designed by award-winning interior designer Danny Cheng, the restaurant has an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a taste of Germany featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. On the other hand, the fully-stocked bar features an impressive list of German bottled beer varieties like Keiler, Kindl Weisse and Schneideer Weisse. German wines and flavored schnapps are also available.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Spiga is located in the heart of Central. The menu is designed and created by two Michelin Star Chef, Enrico Bartolini, using innovative techniques and quality Italian ingredients. With most of the ingredients coming directly from Italy, the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine typically from Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Each dish is prepared using innovative techniques to create intensely flavoured and beautifully plated dishes.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy. 

Spiga also features private dining rooms, Roma seats up to 24 people, and the secret garden room for up to 10 people.
