Main areas for rental:

- The landscaped terraced garden, which has established trees and shrubs in the middle of a feng shui forest. It is ideal for gatherings and as a break out area when using other parts of the house. Ideal for film, fashion or ad shooting.

- The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.

With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

The Bar area exudes a loungey atmosphere with its classic design and elegant drink list…..the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail, happy hour with colleagues or to ring in the weekend with friends! With ample floor space of 1,500 square feet and impressively high ceilings, City Hall is both flexible and elegant; a large function room for corporate events and ceremonies of all kinds. Fully equipped for audio and visual systems and accessories as well as high speed broadband, it is ideally suited for theater-style events, intimate gatherings and effective round table discussions, catering between 50 and 150 guests.

Breakaway is a 48ft motor cruiser that can carry up to 23 passengers. We are equipped with 1 ensuite bedroom, fully-fitted galleys (kitchens), showers and toilet facilities, swimming platform, De'Longhi expresso machine, wine fridge, DVD player, iPod-compatible sound system (Bluetooth), air conditioned, inflatable pool, inflatable suntanning platform with cooler and kayak.

We also have add-on services including Shisha, massage therapist, speedboat options.

If you are planning a bigger event, we can arrange for several additional cruisers to increase the capacity.

Something Wild is a restaurant inspired by the great outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle. You can have your party in the woods of this busy city! Our restaurant is about 4000 sq feet with two party rooms for 20 persons and 8 persons. We have professional sound and lighting system plus a projector for various functions.
