Its ambiance is akin to Parisian street cafés, where dark wood panelings, maroon coloured-walls and mirrors etched with decorative scrolls creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Embossed floral tiles on the ceiling give the atmosphere an air of casual elegance. The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.

The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

Stretching across 160 sq m (1703 sq ft), this stunning hall boasts abundant natural daylight, the views of the lush green hills and the South China Sea, and 4 meter high ceiling. The ballroom can host up to 120 guests with ease. For small scale events, it can be separated into two sound-proofed function rooms.
