It is ideal for filming and photoshoots, press days, product launches, etc. Moreover, the large 2,500 sqft. of open space is complemented by a open professional kitchen. It has 30 windows which flood the loft with light and with very high ceilings.

SPACE consists of two separate areas:

Lava Java is a brand new Western cafe/restaurant mixed with Asian fusion. Located in the busy commercial district of Kwun Tong, our decorations are designed to give customers a peaceful and comfortable environment. We hope to provide you a place for a little getaway from your busy day, to enjoy food and life.

Private and secluded residence (mixture of modern and colonial architecture), with large space for entertaining both indoor and on rooftop. Fantastic views of Hong Kong. Available for party and event rental. Features include grand piano, 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, several balconies and outdoor space. We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!

Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.
