The Hong Kong Maritime Museum, a registered charity supported by the shipping industry, the business community, private individuals and the Hong Kong SAR Government, is a vibrant cultural institution dedicated to preserving, collecting and displaying objects that tell the story about trade and maritime in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta, and the vital roles that ships and the sea play in our past, present and future.

Located at Central Pier 8 in the heart of Hong Kong, the Museum now displays more than 1,200 objects in 15 galleries, and houses resource centre, roof-top café and gift shop that contribute to extraordinary visitor experiences.

G7 Private Dining is an elegant oasis in the Hong Kong dining scene. Tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street, G7 provides clients with the perfect intimate setting for group dinners, parties, special occasions, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Located right on the waterfront of Victoria Harbour, Pier 7 commands spectacular display of the city colored-lights on the towering office buildings in Central and a relaxing alfresco area, where you can enjoy an extensive range of wine, cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
